Twice A Night led by veteran Chefs Lee McNish and Matthew Towstyka. With a
combined 14 years in the movie and television industry, our vision is to bring
5-Star quality and service to location motion picture catering. As Twice A
Night’s principal Chefs we will accomplish this by combining our experience
in moion picture catering and some of Canada’s finest kitchens with
a highly trained supporting staff.
We bring our high standards to motion picture location in the industry’s
largest and most modern mobile kitchen. Fully self-contained and outfitted
with the best equipment, we have the capacity to serve groups ranging from
90 to 900. Only the best ingredients are used to ensure that we maintain
our high standards of food quality. In recognition of the evolution of people’s tastes and desires, we work to continually improve and adapt to meet this need. With Twice A Night Motion Picture Catering we bring our culinary wonders, gourmet food and personal service to your set.
